He can say anything He wants.their are lots of positives over last qtr.but Ni still operates in distressed areas of the country and has a payout ratio of 90% or so.
If the economy does recover or even stabilizes,their payout ratio will decrease.If I see any equity offerings come to market to pay divy,I,m gone!Otherwise getting a nice divy to wait.I did buy a lot lower,so I'm inclined to hold .
