I agree that Obama-care is a major problem.

Here's what I've found so far:

New CEO in 2009 - could be a factor.
Very little debt - always good
Good cash flow
Management owns 23% - that's good
ROE = 8% - not good at all
PE = 15 = near the low of it's historical range
P/S = 0.74 - cheap

Nice dividend with good increases, although the increases have trended down since 2006. Still, management is shareholder friendly.
Payout Ratio = 30% - that's OK, keeps management disciplined

Demographics of aging baby boomers is a major plus - should be a tailwind in the next 5-10 years. This is a small company which should grow nicely.

Overall, it looks like a buy for my core portfolio of dividend growth stocks.
