I believe that Trinad managers failed to take a deep look into this outfit's business model and its true capability to create wealth for unrelated shareholders. So far, this outfit can produce just enough positive cash flow to maintain its operations as it has been for several years, along with the outfit's highly paid "execs" of the moment (more like big fish in a small pond, imo). As far as I can see, there seems to be no way for this outfit to gather enough business to ever deliver $0.15 to $0.25 earning per diluted share on a yearly basis, even less possibility of paying out dividends in the future. There is a huge accumulated deficit in retained earnings, and I do not see some plan or intent by management to ever erase that. I continue to believe that this outfit will eventually go private, without producing someting meaningful for long and patient unrelated shareholders.
