Beginning this sunday I will stop posting until at least the next earnings of Dec 9th or may be even for good.

Why? Because I don't believe I deserve to be posting here at least for awhile following using foul languages in my posts in response to Dave. Today I even managed to insult Modern following which not only he did not insult me back but tried to calm down Dave and I which not only tremendously embarrassed me but even more than that made me realize I have been too upset over what Dave posts. This is not who I am and feel I have failed myself.

To Dave I apologize for having insulted you but at the same time I do find you unreasonable in saying on one hand that you don't care about NCS but on the other hand expressing you opinion about NCS so many times on daily bases. Nonetheless, I had no right to insult you.

As for my talking to the CEO, Dave it was the honest truth. Besides how else I would have known that hedge funds are selling before anyone else? Isn't that alone make it obvious to you that I did talk to him? Also please know that everything else I have posted since my initial post about the CEO deal have been honest truth. One thing I don't like is lies and lying.

To Modern, you are the main reason I am leaving the board for now. Your honesty and class and persistence on following your principles and staying above it all made me realize today nothing is worth what I was doing wrt Dave's posts. My hat off to you.

Also, there are many good folks on this board; While wishing you all good luck whether you are long or short NCS and with your other stocks and matters in your lives, I owe all of you an apology as well.

And lastly some final matters:

-like Modern I also sincerely believe NCS's potential stock appreciation from here is tremendous for all the reasons everyone already has heard from many here.

-Please don't expect any responses from me after this posts at least until Dec 9th and possibly forever.

- I will not post under any other aliases while NCSWillfly is gone.
