NACCO just announced a $9.1 million loss for the first quarter while coal increased profit. $34 million material handling loss. A spin off of coal would increase shareholder value and decrease the risk associated with material handling and appliances. I wonder how much bonus Al and company are going to give themselves for the great management they have given since failing to sell proctor silex and lower company exposure to the current economy. One dollar would be too much for the great job these Bozo's have done lately.
