This registration statement filng is a non-event. The company had to do this as part of the CEFF agreement with Knightsbridge. It has absolutely no consequence. It does not in any way mean that the company will sell any sahres. The max offer price of $2.50 is stated solely to calculate the fees.

I find it funny that some think that this is a negative and sold/areselling shares because they saw that in the Dow Kones headlines. But I do grant that the company's IR departmnent sucks. They could have explained this in a press release.
