I agree with Dr. Rami Mutyala. I would dare say that I will propose to cut their salaries 50%. What these people have done? Nothing good, or we will all see positive results. For instance, what have they done with the drug Indiplon, which took years to get it. And why is it that they sat there, and kept us stucked. I as well as a lot of others lost a fortune on this stock.

What are we to do? Fight back because we have put trust in them. Where is their mission to the public. People need help sleeping... why is top management and board of director not going again and then again talking with the FDA to resolve their concerns and bring the drug to market, once and for all?

Let us all vote to deal with them rightly, cut their salaries. And I would add, let's get rid of them. Let's get rid of incompetency in this co. We need a great leader who is willing, able and have the abilities to bring us results and move this company out of the hole that has been for so long.
