Senior management, especially COO Mr.Wayne Norbitz, are excercising stock options at an alarming rate. If the stock is undervalued as Mr Devos has said in a recent Newsday article why does Senior mgmt see the need to sell off options? Greed? Fear the stock will fall? Lack of committment to long term ( ie 10 years and beyond) corporate objectives? Look into the recent transaction history of what appears to be a large sum of stock selloff by Mr Norbitz, at this link:

One last thing - beware of the company's Branded Menu program. It allows operators the ability to sell hot dogs and fries with little training and even less monitoring. A quick money maker for senior management to generate short term sales and profits but also a definite risk to maintain the quality of the brand. Good for those senior executives looking to retire soon. Perhaps Mr. Norbitz,in his 60's and other "senior citizen" executives (one is in his 80’s – ) short term gains are worth potential long term potential losses
