I dont know, Is $51.5 mil a bargain for a 2002 ship? Even better. Being paid for with cash on hand. There will be a stock or debt offering, just not right now. The newbuilds will have to be paid for. That IS how NAT grows. It seems the next offering will not be until after Feb-10. #18 is due by Mar 1 2010 and it will be paid with cash on hand. So the next offering cannot be before that.
