The latest report is from Carnegie Investment bank came out on November 3: Expect NAT to report weak Q3(09e) EBIT of USD-3.7m (43m), down from USD0m in Q2. Still, with a break-even level around USD10,000pd, NAT should be able to pay dividends. Expect Q3(09e) DPS of USD0.16, significantly down from USD0.50 in Q2. Even though NAT is able to pay dividends in a weak market, we stick to UNDERPERFORM ahead of the report. The shares still appear expensive at 1.45x NAV of USD19.6 per share. Cantor also lowered it price taget fron $22 to $18 (keeping SELL rec.) Rating :
