Clearly, the company has no clue as to how to grow. Worse, those responsible for growth have repeatedly made decisons dooming this once promising and "growing" enterprise to mediocrity. The strategy of forming a new management team from acquisitions has been an abysimal failure. The former laboratory owners walk away with money in their pockets and leaving behind deteriorating assets.
