It looks like after reading the latest 10k and 10qs that Green Dental Lab and Keller are floating carrying the lion-share of the load. And why is Keller perusing revenue without profits with all this marking expense? Low margin business doesn't add to shareholder value. The company has a total market value of equity that is less than the original value of the Green and Keller acquisitions. What are the other labs doing and why is this company still public? Doesn't it cost a company about $7-$10 million a year to be a public Co? What happened to the profits of a couple of years ago and the pay as you go strategy for lab acquisition? Are the Chinese mega labs taking over what used to be NADX profits? Is there any secret sauce left? With all the debt on the books from the recent acquisitions this company looks like it is in danger. I don't believe that the economy is the problem here. This company was headed south long before the econ turned south. Where is the leadership? Where are the cost cuts? I hear that upper mgmt jets around in 1st class wasting all kinds of money. Why aren't we hearing of underperforming labs being closed? Why isn't the board upset with Mgmt performance are they just a rubber-stamp board? Artisan Ptnrs owns 13%+ of the company. Why aren't they chewing mgmt's butt? Mgmt seems to be fat and happy while driving the business in the ground. Do any of them know how the run a lab? I would love to be an optimist on this stock, but I see mismanagement. I'm just looking for answers to what should be simple questions. Does anyone have any insight?
