SNS is doing work in the mine. It seems to me that Minco has very little chance of acquiring the mine. I recall Sterling saying the 5 million they borrowed was collateralized with equipment and not the mine. Sterling never owned the mine. I know the lease is in question, but it behoves me to think that a lease is transferable in court without the consent of the owner. We all know that this would not hold up in any other real estate contract. Any opinions?
