I think they have authorization to issue some shares for funds. Production wouldn't be for another 12 to 15 months at the earliest. Let the current producers produce the small supply they can muster during these lower price times. 12 months from now will give time for all authorizations and capital planning needs to germinate along with salivating investors driving the price up. Which would be the best scenario for less dilution. I think our CEO wants to live the high life soon along with the early investors who now are beginning to reap the rewards.

I could see the Chinese gov't somehow investing with certain promising mining companies (eliminating dilution effects)where the return would be for a certain number of metal ounces at a slightly discounted rate from current market prices sort've like a rolling hedge.

MGH never seems to get a price equal to 40% of MSV.TO. Is this due to concerns of possible future dilution?
