yeah and they were only buying a piece of the business. Over the last few years the company has moved into information products much more heavily and has exposure to real estate (not the mortgage crisis type stuff). I am betting this stock starts flying when housing picks up. My view is that it is incredibly cheap and within 3 years will be at least double teh current price, if not more. They make tons of cash and have a really nice balance sheet. They look to acquire companies and I am guessing this picks back up again in teh near future.
