Misuse of Zicam per the directions is no different than swallowing mouthwash. Subsequently a health issue may arise

The Zicam case is.. "does the ingredient cause anosmia"
Spraying,shooting,rocketing this product up adults and childrens noses should exempt those individuals from consideration. That's a clear and negligent misuse. It has nothing to do with the aforementioned case.

Adults need to take more responsibility for their actions prior to asking a practicing attorney to sponsor their admitted negligence.
