Soundman....the company is virtually unknown. The process took place in mid to late March...the absolute worst possible timing. No one could foresee the positive changes that have already occured in the credit markets, the economy, selected business segments, the stock market, etc. from March to now...September. Remember, the stock market bottomed in mid-March and most likely the U. S. economy has by now bottomed and has started improving.

Timing is critical, access to credit markets to fund acquisitions is critical and confidence in the future of the stock market and in Wall St. is critical to get a decent price when you sell your company.

The latest SEC filings has put previously confidential financial data in the public arena. There may just be some numbercrunchers going through the motions as we speak.

Time will tell.
