(Other OTC:MTPR.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the Company's Board of Directors has engaged Hawkins Accounting with offices in Los Angeles, CA, to complete an audit for the fiscal years ending in 2007 and 2008. Completion of these audits is a major step towards uplisting to a higher exchange. The Company expects the audited financial statements to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2009. At that time the Company will file the appropriate documents, including the 10SB, required to be listed on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) or higher exchange.
