Also be aware that the Asian influence you mention is actually very tiny in this fund, with a small amount of Japanese Yen. If you have a reason for wanting "a lot of Asian influence," then another Merk fund, MEAFX, would suit that purpose. It's all Asian currencies, with the heaviest weighting in Chinese Yuan (done indirectly with forward contracts, since Asian treasury bills aren't available for purchase here as they are with the hard currencies in this fund).
