No Dividend is getting old

I'm waiting for the breakout here and then I cash in and move on. Still bearish on the USD but I don't see the value in MERKX. Four consecutive quarters with no dividend is not why I got this in the first place. Look at the dividend history and ask yourself. Yes, the USD had a huge bull move but this quarter I expected at least some small dividend since we went from a high of USD 88 on the index to 78.

Anybody else disappointed with this Fund? I understand that a Fund has overhead but this fund seems to be no different than all others - the Fund managers and Co. are enriching themselves without passing much down to the people that provide them the money in the first place. Very dissapointing.

I don't think this fund is as well managed as it could be. There's no reason for it to have fallen from a high of 12.50 to the mid 9s. Yes, currencies were experiencing great flunctuations but if you just buy and park your money somewhere without actually managing the currency holdings why pay somebody a yearly percentage while also forfeiting the (small) interest you could earn?

Given the current situation with the USD I'm waiting for a good exit opportunity and then I'm out. I think a 74-76 range is very possible in the near future. The very latest by October as I think that the Q3 Earnings will greatly disappointed and as a result of a market fall we'll see another rally of the USD towards the 78-80 level.

What do you guys think about this Funds Performance and the lack of Dividends?
