Here's a list that I was using internally and found useful especially during times of market distress - so I can quickly tell if a "cheap" bios are actually "cheap" based on how much NET CASH they have. Many bios out there have decent enough cash - and based on current burns may be a "free" call on any positive results from their current pipelines. Please feel free to comment or suggest additions.
