I am trying to sell one of my companies to an MVC portfolio company and got under the hood of the portfolio company. Its in rough shape (not for the short term, liquidity is okay). I threw in the towel.

The dividend is great and you have to respect Tokarz's track record but its just too black box for me and there are too many investments that seem to be in the wrong sectors at the wrong time.
