Go to the web site, www.macquarie.com/mgu, there is a report dated 10-1-2008 which is a very good discussion by the company. They are leveraged, although they have reduced it, leverage is 26.94%, N/A value $15.45 as of todays share price of 10.79. Dividend is .40 quarter (assuming they keep paying)
