Christ on a crutch, what in the hell is MPEL waiting for here? We're going to be halfway into Q4 before they tell us what's going on with Q3. I wish the SEC would require that companies must report within 30 days of the end of the quarter, no exceptions.

It doesn't look like it's going to be the 12th now, more like the 19th. I guess the only upside is that they can talk about how Q4 is going and, maybe issue some good guidance (or at least some clues) about how the end of the year is shaping up. If Q3 turns out to be nasty they can put some water on the fire by talking about a better Q4, that's the only value I see in waiting. To me, waiting a long time to report is more likely to indicate a really bad quarter than a really good one. This stock is going nowhere until they get a deadline for earnings in place.
