after this morning i was motivated to call my broker and ask him what the hell is going on...
why aren't these foreclosed properties hitting the market...
he said the feds and some states including nevada have imposed requirements on lenders to demonstrate that they have tried to work things out with the home owners...
this has caused a huge delay...
but he expects a tsunami to hit in january...
made me laugh that he also used the word tsunami...
makes sense though...
you know...
this could not only effect the vegas real estate market...
but foreclosures could take center stage of the economy again...
and that ain't good...
this is probably what all those experts which say the bottom of the stock market is not yet in are hanging their hats on...
interesting...
but then again...
what the hell do i or my broker know!!!
