How much exposure does METR have in the commercial real estate buisness?

I like what he did with Commerce Bank in the past and have a feeling he will do well with METR but i may wait this out a little longer and wait for all the chips to CRE chips to fall. Plus TD Bank has upset a lot of customers over the past few weeks, many of these customers were ex-Commerce bankers before he sold it off.

Any additional news on the pending litigation over the big red "M" logo he uses? I read an article that mentioned a rival bank in the Reading-area uses a similar logo and they were going to sue METRO Bank.

Anyone know what the hold-up is on the opening of new branches. There are signs up in South Jersey that have been posted for a while now. Any idea when ground breaking will occur?
