MRT and RUTH. Some people just can't see a bottom even if it hits them in the face. Still investors looking for Dow to make a new low. Some investors waiting for a correction to get in, that is why it won't happen except for 1-2% corrections on the way to 10,295 on the DOW. The risk is not being invested but not being invested.
