I agree that the lowering of NG prices is accounting for MIR lowering their EBITDA for 2010.

It makes it harder for them to bid their Mid Atlantic coal plants and companies that have NG power plants.

I think the "general" reason why the stock price is falling is that MIR has no long range outlook or management vision to compete in these markets. They act like a utility with rate based protection but they are not.
