It seems low. I know it doesn't have anything to do with warrants and manipulation, that's ridiculous.

A couple questions.

Why does their EBITDA roughly halve next year?

Longer term, if the price of NG stays low (due to new supplies) does that crimp MIR's coal based margins? IE it puts the price of peak electricity down due to the cheap gas?

Or is some of MIR's output kind of a baseload power which they are guaranteed rates for?

I'm trying to see how sensitive MIR's results are to NG supplies adn electricity demand overall. ARe they just a peaking operation or do they produce baseload power...
