Kudos to James Hooke. I feel that bringing in James as CEO was a brilliant move and may have been the foremost driver in this stock recovering to date.

He has brought energy, humility, intelligence and a straight shooter attitude this company never had before. I have been extremely impressed with the way he manages the business and his managment of the conf calls. Has anyone not been impressed by this guy?
