You seem to love dissing MIC - you obviously are not short, otherwise you would have given up by now. You must be trying to accumulate cheap shares. I started rebuilding my trading position this past week as the shares dropped below $8.00

Most of the current value of MIC is in the Bulk Storage business. Their 50% ownership means that they do not have access to the cash flow but Bulk Storage is clearly an impressive growth story.

MIC corporate debt will be easily repaid over 2010 by the gas and district energy businesses alone.

Airport services has the potential to propel cash flows. 2010 could see considerable appreciation for MIC due to an economic recovery with commensurate increase in air travel.

Personally I see $15 to $20 in 2010, assuming the economy cooperate. There has not been much change in shares outstanding and so a return to earlier 2006-2007 share prices is within the realm of possibility for 2010-2011.
