since MANT was trading above $54. At $49+, this stock is still too expensive with pe ratio of 20. With less and less contracts from government expected, the pe ratio of 15 is more like to be fair. That implies about 25% more downside from here. My bet is around $45 to $42, this stock will form a bottom base, if lucky.
