Theer's nothing MNTA could say about it even if they wanted to because MNTA would not be privy to the FDA's discussions with another applicant. The only thing MNTA will be able to say is to confirm (if anyone asks) that their own Lovenox application is an ANDA rather than a 505b2 NDA. Rating :
