I remember 5 years ago Sears Holdings after buying K mart was supposed to have a big portfolio of expensive city properties. This was thought to be as much as market cap. Even Crammer had SHLD on his knuckles. The story did not pan out.
MTE real estate holding may be rich still it is better idea to buy stock as a business rather than for its real estate.
