Many thanks. Based on exchange rate and PPS in BSE and NYSE it seems like one NYSE depository receipt is two shares in BSE.

Once more thanks for your explanation. I was buying depository receipts so you are 100% correct in this one...but this is my first experience with depositary receipts......
