Was just wondering what your overall opinion of the REIT is?

Obviously, one of my biggest concerns is continuation of the dividend.

I own another medical building REIT, non-liquid, which has a much higher div and has continued to pay it out.

Was looking for personal thoughts on MPW properties and lease agreements. Is there anything I should be looking out for here?
