From all I've read the issues with the ore grades is that they have been delayed in going after the better grades while they worked to relocate the remaining local residents. They know where the better grades are, but couldn't get at them.

That issue has been resolved, but that section of the deposit won't show up in production figures until late Q-1 2010 or more likely in Q-2 2010.
