Can anyone shed any light on why co-founder Doug Schmick owns so little of the company? Looks like he only owns around 1% and now Tilman Fertitta owns around 9% of the co! Seems surpising to me that the Chairman and co-founder would only retain that much ownership. I am long MSSR fairly recently and do not know all the history.
