For years this company has been tumultuous. Despite the many public problems (low volumes, high turnover, no significant M&A or new product ventures, and a ridiculous compensation structure for senior management), you have not forced a change in senior management. Why do you allow the CEO to surround himself with “yes” men (and one “yes!” woman)? As the Board of Directors, you have a responsibility – when are you going to take action against the responsible parties: CEO, President, CIO? All have managed to overstay their welcome as assets and have become severe liabilities (and by asset, all three were ousted by major banks before coming to MKTX).




Why do I stay at MKTX, there are two reasons: 1. MKTX's reputation on the street is overly negative. 2. MKTX is not using sophisticated technology; therefore, I am not being exposed to or learning anything new or innovative. Regardless, I do my job and I do it well. I do not understand why you cannot do the same.



We, as employees AND shareholders are owed more than what we are receiving…someone needs to be held accountable. What could you possibly have to lose by turning over senior management? A write-off?
