CCTR will be 700% return from .037 to $0.30 w/ 2 weeks,imo. Don't miss this train.

Fact 1: CCTR will (is supposed to) announce earnings on (or before) Nov 16.

Fact2: Former Chairman of the Dallas Federal Reserve Mr. Hugh G. Robinson, is one of the directors of CCTR.

Fact 3: CCTR has TTM EPS at 0.1431 and PE just .03x now, based on earnings of 2h 2008 1h 2009 and 20m shares outstanding

Fact 4 CCTR has 1 billion shares authorized

Fact 5 - CCTR reported 1.1m in NET INCOME for the first half 2009

Fact 6 -CCTR has said q4 is it's strongest quarter (reasonable assumption here is that they report 1.1m or greater in net income for second half 2009

Fact 7: CEO of CCTR -Paul K. Danner had been elected in 2008, and Phillip Verges left CCTR since 2008.

Fact 8: "CEO Paul Danner is scheduled to meet with the client [re 36m contract spread out over 3 years] in China the week of November 9th for the purpose of finalizing and executing the contract. Preparations to complete the contract are underway and service is expected to start immediately."

Fact 9.CEO PAUL DANNER SAID, . "We are now developing a strategy to benefit from a national exchange listing with the anticipated magnitude of the operation in 2010."

Fact 10. In March 2009, NewMarket Technology, the holder of the Company’s Series A Preferred, announced their intention to exchange their shares of Series A Preferred for two new classes of preferred stock. One of these classes will be a non-convertible preferred stock which will represent a controlling interest in the Company. The other class of preferred stock will be designated for conversion into common stock to be used as a stock dividend distribution to NewMarket Technology shareholders. It is anticipated that this share exchange will be completed in the third quarter of 2009.
