Who is the market maker for this stock ? If a dividend cut is coming they already know it. If its eliminated this stock goes to 25 cents. what a joke. They slowly drop the price on these thinly traded banks and then oops there goes the dividend . No respect for the share holders. Terrible. I hope I'm wrong but I've seen this before. Hopefuly these people have some integrity and are not just thieves in league with a crooked market maker. I wonder who is short this thing. What a joke
