Denney and crew didn't succeed in stealing MCBF from the shareholders just as earnings are starting to fly... this is a win for the larger shareholders and guess who they will support when a suitor comes calling... I'd guess that the timeline until MCBF goes to a suitor at less than 6 months.
Congrats to all other shareholders and keeping MCBF public, this is a solid little bank worth $16-18 in the hands of capable management team. Sentiment : Strong Buy Rating :
