I have done alot of research on the stock and have bought recently. Open to others thoughts.

Appears to me that wfr can rise to the 20 to 30 range on its own in the next year.

There may be substance behind BASF. Cant figure out why the stock has not moved more if it is true. Could be a case of crying wolf as i understand rumors have circulated before. I would think that now would be a good time to buy it out since with recovery on the way the stock would be much more expensive later. They may be negotiating behind the scenes and maybe there is more than one interested party.
A buyout at $20 seems low for the potential the company has partucularly with it not being a pure solar play as they manufacture for semis as well.
