So, now you have a company (TAXI) which has gained founder's shares from one SPAC (HLD) and which has at the very least the option to use their second SPAC (HMR) to acquire the rest of Ultimate Escapes and keep those founder's shares ... they pay a 9% dividend ... and they are buying back their own stock ... I have been adding TAXI for the past week and will continue to add more (as TAXI is buying more each day I'm sure) ... Cheers.
