That is typical of the way these guys operate - it's a volume/percentage type thing. They go after everyone, throw everything at the wall and see what sticks. They win some, they lose some, but they wouldn't be doing it if they didn't come out ahead.

What is interesting here is if the legal maneuvers can delay closing of the deal? That would be a nice slap in the face for trying to cut shareholders out of the equation without giving them their vote and rushing to a closing.
