i went to the Form 4s. most of them are for grant of options to directors (standard). the CSO did sell pursuant to his 12b-1 plan. so those sales automatic, insider not really timing the sales.
i suspect at 15x 2010, and 20% cash coverage so implied PE =12, this stock is near the floor, though technicals look bad.
