Starting Monday, Nov 9th , the Supreme Court will begin hearings on what constitutes patentable matters, a concept that enfolds software, financial services and biotechnology such as Myriad's genetic testing. It will be months before a decision is reached and it may not stop there as specifics may be left uncertain.
