"On November 20, 2008, GAMCO sent a letter to the Issuer announcing its intention to nominate Edward Crawford, Gary Davis, Clarence Davis, and Avrum Gray for election to the Issuer's Board of Directors at the Issuer's 2009 annual shareholders meeting." See Gamco's 13D/A filed today.
My bet is that Orr doesn't make the cut, and that Gamco gets at least three seats. Rating :
