I believe the analysts is too quick to call on the downgrade of mxwl without realizing its great potential. There are long term analysts and short term ones who jump in and out based on the momemtum of the stocks of the month.

The cc seems very positive to me with growth guidance and expecting a profit for the first time since how many years.
If mxwl announces a couple of win orders, these same analysts will buy back in the twenties.
