As stated by one of the posters today to your question; it depends on who you know or who you blow. It also depends on which facility you work at, and how far from the lazy m you are. mxim is way to top heavy, and those in charge do not give a darn about their workers. They do not care if they mistreat, abuse, or discriminate against those that work below them. Those at the top just do not have any idea what is happening in each and every facility, or they know and just do not care. When plain respect and decency have been laid aside for the pursuit of profit; sexual and racial discrimination is deemed acceptable for control purposes then this company is paving the way for the lose of job security and being treated like one counts. You take your health at risk when employed for the lazy m because eventually the stress will kill you. So to answer your question, ask yourself how much abuse you are willing to take for a paycheck? Of course if you are into abuse there is always boxing, or extreme fighting; at least the money is good.
